Cadence Cyclery's July Thug Ride Presented by Specialized

Another last Saturday of the month, another great morning on two wheels.

Our July Thug Ride Presented by Specialized brought together a strong group of riders for a fast, challenging day on the road, followed by plenty of coffee, pastries, and good conversation back at the shop.

Specialized joined us for this month's ride, keeping everyone fueled with coffee and doughnuts before rollout and bringing along giveaways and free swag to make the morning even better.

The ride offered two route options to suit different riders. The A Ride covered 45 miles with 2,424 feet of climbing, delivering a spirited pace that left everyone feeling like they'd earned their second cup of coffee. The B Ride offered a shorter route while still serving up plenty of quality miles and a fun, social atmosphere.

One of the best parts of these rides isn't just the miles—it's the community that comes with them. Riders from across North County come together to push each other, catch up with friends, and welcome new faces. Whether you're chasing fitness goals or simply looking for a great group to ride with, there's always a spot at the start line.
