Seventy-two years after Ernesto Colnago founded his workshop in Cambiago, the C72 arrives as the definitive expression of the C Series. Every frame is handmade in Italy: carbon tubes bonded and wrapped by hand in Cambiago, paintwork applied in Colnago's dedicated facility in Pisa. The multi-part modular construction gives Colnago's engineers control over every single centimetre of the structure - and gives the rider a feel on the road that no monocoque frame can replicate.

The geometry has been refined compared to the C68: a slightly taller stack and revisited head tube angle result in a bicycle that feels immediately right without sacrificing racing sharpness. Tyre clearance goes up to 35 mm, opening the door to gravel-ready setups, and internal frame storage is integrated into the design.
